This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected and processed through websites owned by Vitam International and its subsidiaries. (“Vitam”). This Privacy Policy is to advise Vitam websites users (“Users”) on the type of personal data which may be collected and processed by Vitam and on how Vitam protects and uses such personal data.
Type of personal data collected
Vitam may collect and process personal data provided by Users. The personal data collected includes general data such as name, address, postal code, city, phone number, e-mail address, and company name. Vitam may also collect technical personal data such as IP address and browsing data.
The personal data is collected by Vitam via online forms or voluntary Users surveys, online Users registration, subscription to Vitam services or publication, request of product or marketing information, cookies, job applications, sending of inquiries or requests.
Purpose of the processing of personal data and recipients
Vitam may process personal data whenever it is necessary for the purposes of:
i) Answering a request related to Vitam’s products and/or services or provide expert advice,
ii) Managing customer relationship,
iii) Providing marketing information about Vitam’s companies, products, and services,
iv) Managing candidacies to Vitam work positions offering,
v) Meeting statutory or other legal requirements.
The personal data collected by Vitam may be accessed on a need-to-know basis by Vitam employees and Vitam service providers provided that the latter are subject to confidentiality obligations.

ii) Right of rectification or erasure of the personal data,
iii) Right to restrict the processing of its personal data under some circumstances,
iv) Right to receive the personal data collected from them by Vitam,
v) Right to object the processing of its personal data on specific grounds or when such data is processed for direct marketing purpose,
vi) Right to withdraw consent to the collection and processing of personal data,
vii) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention period
Vitam will retain personal data collected through its websites only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the principles of data minimization and proportionality. Personal data may be retained for longer periods only where required by law, or for other legitimate purposes, including legal obligations or ongoing business needs.
